Hello! I’m Gina Robinson, a dynamic Technical Librarian with a passion for instructional design, project coordination, and improving user experience. My career is built on designing accessible and engaging training programs that drive efficiency, improve job satisfaction, and reduce employment turnover. I’ve had the privilege of working with teams across various sectors, from public libraries to tech companies, always with the goal of making information and resources more impactful and enjoyable.

I gravitated toward libraries because of my curious nature, but with time it has become so much more than a career. The spirit of libraries has influenced my life by inspiring me to create with service in mind, mentor and empower others, and get my hands dirty by doing the work. And, as a lover of stories, I look to find the narrative everywhere whether it’s in data, processes, or people.
